Privacy policy — Carnets

Carnets is a browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) that sorts your LinkedIn contacts into lists.

Data processed

The names and descriptions of your lists, the URL identifier and display name of the profiles you file in them, and the notes you write.

Where it is stored

Only in your browser's local storage, on your device. The extension has no server, creates no account and sends no data to anyone: not to the publisher, not to LinkedIn, not to any third party.

What the extension does not do

No network requests, no calls to LinkedIn APIs, no automated browsing or actions, no analytics, no cookies.

Permissions requested

"storage" to save your lists locally; access to linkedin.com to show the lists button on profile pages and read the displayed profile name. The extension runs on no other website.

Your rights

You can export all your data to a file from the extension, and delete everything by uninstalling the extension or clearing its site data from your browser settings. No data remains anywhere else.
