What I do
Four things, mostly at once.

Product management
Backlog, specs, stakeholders, delivery. Translating between the business floor and the people writing the code.

Tech Ops
Keep the platform boring: tooling, automation, runbooks, and the unglamorous plumbing that stops incidents from repeating.
03
Build & ship
From prototype to production. iOS, web, scripts, glue. I write the thing instead of writing a deck about the thing.
04
Startup partner
Early-stage technical partner: scoping, first version, hiring the first devs. Half consultant, half co-founder.

Company-wide data governance and retention with group cyber, built on Microsoft Purview: data classification, DLP to keep sensitive data inside the company, auto-classification across OneDrive and SharePoint. The hard part isn't the rule — it's landing it across subsidiaries, local policies and barely-connected sites, people included.
